Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered critical care to adult ICU patients with professionalism and compassion
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and ventilator settings
• Initiate ACLS protocols and respond effectively during emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Perform and document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient education accurately
• Complete required Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklists
• Maintain required infection control, immunization, and occupational health requirements

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (license verification required)
• Experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications required (or willingness to obtain as required)
• Successful completion of fit test, drug screen, and required immunizations/health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and acute care assessment skills
• Knowledge of ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Proficiency with ACLS protocols and emergency responses
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and skills checklists
• Excellent communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings
