Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide competent, timely clinical support during assigned shifts to ensure patient safety
- Perform procedures and assist clinical staff following Trinity skills checklist competency standards
- Support neonatal and trauma care as needed, applying NRP and TNCC principles where appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation, license/certification verification, and compliance records
- Participate in fit testing, required screenings, and vaccination verification to meet site requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver respectful, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Current NRP certification (required)
- Current TNCC certification (required)
- Completion of the Trinity Skills Checklist (required)
- License/certificate verification on file per facility requirements
- Completed Fit Test, Trinity 10-panel drug screen, and required immunizations (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Influenza, Varicella, 2-step PPD or IGRA)
- Ability to work the scheduled Wednesday–Friday overnight shifts
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of relevant clinical or technical training preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong familiarity with basic life support and emergency response protocols
- Competency in neonatal resuscitation principles (NRP)
- Knowledge of trauma assessment and initial stabilization (TNCC-aligned)
- Comfort with clinical skills validated by Trinity checklist
- Good documentation practices and attention to regulatory/license requirements
- Infection control awareness and adherence to fit test/PPE protocols
