Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care following facility policies and Trinity competency standards
- Complete required Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty competency testing with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications and assist with verification processes
- Document care clearly and timely in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
- Adhere to infection control, vaccine and screening requirements to protect patients and staff
- Participate in orientation and competency validation to ensure a smooth transition onto the unit
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification (required)
- License/certification verification as required by the clinical assignment (state clinical license if applicable)
- Ability to complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist
- Clear health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, 2-step PPD or IGRA, and varicella
- Successful completion of Trinity 10 panel drug screen and fit test
- Prior clinical or travel assignment experience preferred but motivated, adaptable clinicians are encouraged to apply
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant clinical degree or certification (e.g., RN, LPN, RT, or other applicable clinical credential) as required by assignment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment and clinical safety skills
- Familiarity with infection prevention and immunization requirements
- Accurate clinical documentation and basic EMR navigation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn facility-specific protocols and complete competency testing promptly
- Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
