Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care following facility policies and Trinity competency standards
• Complete required Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty competency testing with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications and assist with verification processes
• Document care clearly and timely in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
• Adhere to infection control, vaccine and screening requirements to protect patients and staff
• Participate in orientation and competency validation to ensure a smooth transition onto the unit

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (required)
• License/certification verification as required by the clinical assignment (state clinical license if applicable)
• Ability to complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist
• Clear health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, 2-step PPD or IGRA, and varicella
• Successful completion of Trinity 10 panel drug screen and fit test
• Prior clinical or travel assignment experience preferred but motivated, adaptable clinicians are encouraged to apply

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant clinical degree or certification (e.g., RN, LPN, RT, or other applicable clinical credential) as required by assignment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical safety skills
• Familiarity with infection prevention and immunization requirements
• Accurate clinical documentation and basic EMR navigation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn facility-specific protocols and complete competency testing promptly
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
