Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Night); Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day); Saturday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Day). Rotating coverage with some weekends required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpret radiology studies across XR, CT, MR, Ultrasound, and fluoroscopy with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide rapid, high-quality CT perfusion reads and code stroke support to emergency and neuro teams
• Deliver clear, well-documented reports and actionable recommendations to ordering clinicians
• Support emergency and neuroradiology case mix with appropriate prioritization of critical findings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams remotely to ensure continuity of care and patient safety
• Participate in teleradiology coverage, maintaining responsiveness during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Radiology residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active medical license in Florida or ability to obtain licensure promptly
• Demonstrated experience with CT perfusion (code stroke), MR, and CT abdomen/pelvis exams
• Comfortable with teleradiology platforms, remote workflows, and a high-volume case mix
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and some weekends

Education

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Radiology residency; neuroradiology fellowship preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Experienced interpreting CT Perfusion, MR/MRI, CT (abdomen/pelvis), X-ray, Ultrasound, and Fluoroscopy
• Skilled in emergency radiology and neuroradiology case management
• Strong understanding of stroke protocols and rapid neurovascular assessment
• Proficient with PACS/RIS systems, DICOM workflows, and tele-reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills for conveying urgent findings to clinical teams
• Ability to manage high-volume shift pace while maintaining diagnostic quality
