Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpret XR, CT, MR, and ultrasound studies accurately and deliver timely, clear reports
• Provide high-quality reads for ER and neuro case mixes, supporting acute patient care decisions
• Document findings and sign reports in Epic while efficiently managing workflow in Merge Unity and Moddule
• Communicate critical and actionable findings to referring clinicians promptly and professionally
• Contribute to a productive team environment by meeting expected daily volumes and supporting coverage needs
• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement of radiology practices

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active medical license in Florida or ability to obtain state licensure for telemedicine practice
• Comfortable and experienced with teleradiology workflows, Epic EMR, Merge Unity PACS, and Moddule dictation
• Experience interpreting XR, CT, MR, and ultrasound; ER and neuro exposure preferred
• Familiarity with wRVU productivity metrics and standard malpractice coverage practices

Education

• MD or DO with completed Radiology residency
• Fellowship training in a subspecialty (e.g., Neuroradiology) is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong diagnostic interpretation skills across general radiology modalities (XR, CT, MR, US)
• Proficiency with Merge Unity PACS for image review and workflow optimization
• Experience using Epic for electronic documentation and communication with clinical teams
• Familiarity with Moddule or similar dictation/reporting systems
• Ability to prioritize high-acuity ER and neuro cases and communicate clearly with on-site teams
• Productivity awareness including wRVU concepts and efficient study turnaround
