Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC (overnight)
Candidate Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
- Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support to residents and their families
- Document patient care accurately and maintain clear, timely charting
- Support infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Collaborate with nurses and allied staff to carry out individualized care plans
- Respond to patient needs and call lights with urgency and empathy
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (T-CNA accepted) — active and in good standing
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently and reliably
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Comfortable assisting patients with mobility and ADLs; strong attention to safety
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Education
- High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited CNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in patient transfers, safe lifting and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign measurement and basic clinical observations
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic or paper charting
- Knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety best practices
- Compassionate patient-centered care and effective communication with families and staff
