Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Document patient progress thoroughly and communicate outcomes with the care team
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other rehab staff to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safe discharge plans
• Contribute to a positive patient experience by demonstrating empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in California (or ability to obtain)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Active clinical experience in outpatient or contract settings preferred
• Strong assessment and manual therapy skills with excellent documentation practices
• Ability to pass facility onboarding and background checks

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred or equivalent Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
• Familiarity with outcome measures and electronic medical record charting
• Excellent clinical reasoning, organization, and time management skills
• Strong communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
