Shift Type: Flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing abilities using evidence-based tools
- Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear, meaningful goals
- Provide direct therapy to clients and adjust plans based on progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Document evaluations, treatment plans and progress notes accurately and timely
- Educate patients, families and caregivers to support carryover and functional outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- State SLP license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical experience in evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing disorders (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; flexibility to work varied schedule including weekends
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in administering standardized and non-standardized SLP assessments
- Skilled in developing evidence-based treatment plans and measurable goals
- Experience with documentation and basic EHR systems
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families and clinical teams
- Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize patient-centered care
