Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within LPN scope
• Perform regular assessments, record vital signs, and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to develop and implement resident care plans
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation to support continuity of care
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
• Experience as a Travel LPN or T-LPN is a plus
• Availability for a block schedule Monday through Friday (no weekends required)
• Comfort working 12.5-hour day shifts and providing hands-on resident care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent LPN training

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of medication administration and nursing documentation
• Ability to perform resident assessments and report clinical changes
• Skilled at infection control practices and safety protocols
• Good time management, prioritization, and teamwork abilities
• Patient-centered approach with compassionate bedside manner
