Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI examinations using Siemens MRI systems to deliver diagnostic images clinicians can rely on
- Prepare and position patients with professionalism and compassion to ensure safety and comfort
- Operate MRI equipment and optimize imaging protocols for routine and specialty studies including cardiac and breast when indicated
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation
- Adhere to MRI safety protocols and maintain equipment and supply readiness
- Manage patient records and imaging data accurately in the facility systems
Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience in a like setting
- Demonstrated experience with Siemens MRI equipment required; profiles lacking Siemens experience will be declined
- Cardiac and breast imaging experience is a strong plus
- Excellent patient care, communication, and teamwork skills
Education
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology or MRI program preferred; ARRT (MR) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven hands-on experience with Siemens MRI systems and pulse sequence optimization
- Strong knowledge of MRI safety and patient screening procedures
- Familiarity with cardiac and breast MRI protocols preferred
- Ability to obtain diagnostic quality images and troubleshoot technical issues
- Good documentation skills and comfort working with imaging software and PACS workflows
