Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the CVN Crestview Center
• Perform thorough assessments, monitor vitals, and document changes accurately
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
• Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy to support recovery
• Respond to changes in patient condition promptly and escalate when needed
• Support onboarding of travelers and contribute to a positive unit culture

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for applicable roles; RN preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS or specialty certifications a plus
• Current clinical experience in acute care, long-term care, or specialty nursing preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• LPN diploma or certificate acceptable for LPN roles

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and clinical judgment
• Medication administration and IV experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
• Infection control practices and patient safety focus
• Team collaboration, time management, and clear communication
