Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients in your assigned area
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient-centered care
• Monitor patient condition, recognize changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
• Follow facility policies, maintain charting integrity, and support quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license or eligibility to obtain RN licensure in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Prior acute care nursing experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical rotation experience are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to comply with facility onboarding, immunizations, and background checks

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and triage skills
• Medication administration and IV therapy competency
• Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family teaching
