Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately and timely
• Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and care staff to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain clear and complete patient records and care plans
• Support patients and families with education, comfort and reassurance

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN licensure (position open to Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse)
• Able to work the posted day shift hours (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
• Professional attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient-centered clinical care and basic assessment skills
• Medication administration and accurate documentation
• Clear communication with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams
• Time management and the ability to prioritize care tasks
• Basic infection prevention and safety practices
