Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Day shift), rotating weekends
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in line with facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Document patient care and communicate findings clearly in the medical record
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and improve care plans
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Support safe patient transfers, admissions and discharges to maintain flow of care
- Adhere to infection control and facility safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Comfortable working rotating weekends and full coverage schedules
- Professional nursing demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations may be considered
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making
- Medication administration and documentation accuracy
- Skilled in electronic health record charting and documentation
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate patient and family education and communication
