Shift Type: Friday-Monday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day shift). Note: Two-week training, Monday-Friday, five 8-hour days
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and intake evaluations for incoming patients
- Provide individual and group therapy interventions tailored to patient needs
- Perform crisis intervention and risk assessment with calm, decisive action
- Develop and update treatment plans and document progress in a timely, accurate manner
- Collaborate with custody and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure safety
- Refer patients to specialized services when appropriate and facilitate continuity of care
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all clinical work
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist (PSY) in good standing OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). LMFT or LPCC candidates may also be considered per job notes
- Active and unrestricted license in the applicable discipline (state licensure required)
- Experience or interest in working in correctional or forensic mental health settings preferred
- Strong clinical documentation skills and competence with treatment planning
- Ability to pass facility security/clearance requirements
Education
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (for Psychologist positions)
- Master of Social Work (MSW) for Licensed Clinical Social Worker roles; equivalent graduate degree for LMFT/LPCC applicants
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning in adult populations
- Crisis intervention and risk management
- Trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Clear, concise clinical documentation and record-keeping
- Effective communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary settings
- Familiarity with relevant confidentiality, ethical, and legal standards
