Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that restore function and independence
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions, including mobility training and therapeutic exercise
- Track progress and adjust plans of care with measurable goals to drive patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention for long-term success
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and comply with facility and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent professional degree is required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Previous outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise skills
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
