Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on overnight shifts
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
• Document care and patient responses clearly in the electronic medical record
• Support patients and families with education and emotional reassurance

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Clinical experience in acute care or rehabilitation preferred
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and meet facility onboarding
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN for RN)
• For LPN applicants: completion of an accredited vocational nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid assessment skills for adult patient populations
• Medication administration and titration knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
• Excellent prioritization and critical thinking during overnight shifts
• Team collaboration and clear handoff communication
