Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, compassionate nursing care to residents according to plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
- Monitor resident conditions, report changes promptly, and escalate concerns to the care team
- Support rehabilitation goals by assisting with daily living activities and therapeutic tasks
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control and facility policies
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to promote dignity and comfort
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — must be active and in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications a plus
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and a resident-centered attitude
Education
- LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with long-term care and rehab nursing practices
- Ability to perform wound care, medication administration, and basic nursing procedures
- Skilled in documenting electronic medical records and care plans
- Good time management, prioritization, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Professional bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
