Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Assist with activities of daily living to support patient comfort and dignity
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and follow care plans
• Educate patients and families about care routines and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Massachusetts (required)
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
• Able to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support residents and staff

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent training

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in basic nursing care and medication administration
• Accurate clinical documentation and charting
• Patient-centered bedside manner and strong observational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary care team
• Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
