Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient status to the nursing team promptly
• Perform accurate documentation and maintain clear, professional charts
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning with safety first
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other staff to deliver coordinated care
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and bedside support as directed by nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification/licensure (Class: LNA) valid for the assignment region (VT/NH as noted)
• Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts as scheduled
• Comfort working in a travel/contract role and adapting to new facility workflows
• Professional communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong basic patient care skills including bathing, feeding, toileting, and ambulation assistance
• Vital signs measurement and documentation
• Infection prevention and control practices
• Accurate charting and observational reporting
• Teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication with patients and staff
