Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN on the assigned unit
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately and timely
• Monitor patients' conditions and report clinical changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and allied staff to support patient care plans
• Perform routine assessments and complete required documentation
• Support safe transitions of care, including admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through clear communication and professional bedside manner

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania (required)
• Previous LPN clinical experience preferred but not strictly specified in the order
• Ability to work the assigned evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• BLS/CPR certification preferred (if required by facility)
• Pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma/certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Wound care fundamentals and ADL assistance
• Clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record charting
