Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and responses to interventions
• Coordinate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalating needs
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education as needed
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in good standing (national/state license acceptable)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/CPR) certification required
• Previous clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts and collaborate as part of a team
• Up-to-date immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong medication administration and documentation skills
• Patient assessment and bedside care expertise
• Comfortable using electronic health records and standard nursing documentation
• Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Time management and prioritization during busy overnight periods
