Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to behavioral health patients during 12-hour day shifts
• Perform and document required health screenings and physical/health statements confirming ability to work without restrictions
• Maintain and upload full compliance documentation (licenses, certifications, immunizations, exams) within required timelines
• Complete Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Skills Checklist to demonstrate unit readiness
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective patient care and timely transitions
• Participate in required testing such as fit test, drug screening, and color-blind test when applicable
• Adhere to unit-specific certification requirements (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP as determined by unit)

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure for the state where the facility is located (must provide license verification)
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP as determined by the unit
• Ability to meet minimum compliance requirements by 08/10/2025 and upload full credentialing file within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
• Willingness and availability to work on 08/12/2025 (required to qualify) and commit to a 26-week per diem assignment
• Completion of required screenings and immunizations or completed declination forms where accepted (e.g., MMR, Varicella declinations acceptable with form)
• Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime Skills Checklist, Nursys verification, fit testing, and a minimum 10-panel drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• License verification and credentialing processes
• Health screening and documentation of physical/health statements
• Immunization and TB/PPD documentation requirements
• Prime Core Competencies and Prime Skills Checklist workflows
• Basic and advanced cardiac life support protocols (BLS, ACLS)
• Pediatric and neonatal resuscitation familiarity (PALS, NRP) where required
• Comfort working in a behavioral health environment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail for timely uploading and maintenance of compliance files
