Shift Type: Primarily day shifts, four 10-hour shifts per week (days and hours vary by department and may alternate); may include occasional variable night (NOC) coverage. Shift type: Day with occasional NOC coverage.

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing accurately and timely to support patient diagnosis and care
- Collect, process, and handle specimens with proper phlebotomy technique and specimen integrity
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and follow quality control procedures
- Document results in Epic and communicate clinically significant findings to the care team
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth lab operations and excellent patient experience
- Adhere to regulatory standards, safety protocols, and laboratory best practices
Qualifications
- Active Montana licensure as an MT / CLS (required)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience (required)
- Phlebotomy training and demonstrated competency (required)
- Experience with Epic (required)
- Microbiology experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS/MT) foundation
- Skilled in phlebotomy and specimen handling
- Familiarity with microbiology methods and workflows
- Proficient with Epic for documentation and result reporting
- Attention to quality control, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
