Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (night shift; specific days not specified)

Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately and promptly
- Assist nursing team with safe patient transfers, positioning, and mobility needs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and resident interactions
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
- Follow infection control practices and facility safety protocols at all times
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence through respectful care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or required per facility policy
- Comfortable working the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and any required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Taking and documenting vital signs
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Basic infection prevention and control practices
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
- Accurate charting and attention to detail
