Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (night shift; days not specified)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout your night shift, making every interaction count
Perform thorough assessments, monitor clinical status, and document findings accurately
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to plan
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to ensure coordinated care
Respond to patient changes and emergencies with calm, professional action
Provide clear patient and family education to support recovery and transitions

Qualifications

Current, active RN license (Maryland) required
Demonstrated clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications may be preferred
Comfortable working night shifts and communicating across multidisciplinary teams
Prior acute care or facility experience preferred, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic essential

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Effective verbal and written communication with patients and team members
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and accurate charting
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during busy night shifts
