Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy safely and accurately, following ONS/ONCC guidelines
- Assess and monitor infusion patients before, during, and after treatments to keep them safe and comfortable
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent care
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side-effect management, and home care
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient education clearly and timely (EPIC experience preferred)
- Triage symptoms and respond to infusion reactions or urgent patient needs with calm and clinical judgment
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives to improve oncology clinic outcomes
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) — active licensure required
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required
- Oncology Certified Nurse (preferred)
- EPIC experience preferred for accurate documentation and workflow
- At least 1 year of oncology nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic
Knowledge & Skills
- Oncology nursing principles and infusion/chemotherapy administration
- Familiarity with ONS/ONCC standards and safe chemo handling
- Infusion clinic workflow and patient monitoring
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)
- IV access and management, emergency response for infusion reactions
- Patient education, triage, and symptom management
