Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused nursing care to residents at the facility
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and document changes in condition
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and charting
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Support a safe, clean environment and follow facility protocols and infection control practices
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — ability to practice in Maine required
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Recent clinical experience as an LPN preferred (1+ year preferred)
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Education
- LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited nursing program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Solid patient assessment and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a long-term care or similar clinical setting
- Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
- Collaborative approach to working with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
