Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care during the night shift, helping with activities of daily living
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes promptly to nursing staff
• Assist with safe transfers, bathing, feeding, and toileting while preserving dignity
• Document care accurately and timely in resident charts and shift reports
• Support the interdisciplinary team with a collaborative, can-do attitude on busy nights

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or T-LNA credential
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
• Comfortable working in a care center environment and delivering hands-on resident care
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse care team
• Professional, reliable, and committed to resident safety and comfort

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completion of an approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic bedside care
• Familiarity with infection control practices and resident safety protocols
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Ability to observe and report changes in resident condition
• Teamwork, time management, and a calm approach during overnight shifts
