Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding
- Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Document care accurately and timely using facility charting procedures
- Support safe transfers and fall prevention efforts to keep residents secure
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
- Engage residents in meaningful interaction and promote dignity and independence
Qualifications
- Active LNA license required; T-LNA or travel LNA credentials are welcome
- Comfortable working evenings and required weekends
- Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Travel/contract-ready mindset for a 14-week assignment
Education
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program (required for LNA licensure)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and best practices
- Skill in safe patient handling and mobility assistance
- Ability to observe, record, and communicate resident changes clearly
- Customer service approach to resident care with patience and empathy
- Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred
