Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding
• Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
• Document care accurately and timely using facility charting procedures
• Support safe transfers and fall prevention efforts to keep residents secure
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
• Engage residents in meaningful interaction and promote dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Active LNA license required; T-LNA or travel LNA credentials are welcome
• Comfortable working evenings and required weekends
• Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Travel/contract-ready mindset for a 14-week assignment

Education

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program (required for LNA licensure)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and best practices
• Skill in safe patient handling and mobility assistance
• Ability to observe, record, and communicate resident changes clearly
• Customer service approach to resident care with patience and empathy
• Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred
