Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and management roles across the region
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to find both active and passive candidates
- Conduct thorough pre-screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews (including travel logistics when needed) and manage offer processes
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Create and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by responding promptly and professionally
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and federal/state legislation
- Attend networking events, career fairs, and college visits to expand sourcing channels
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience across a variety of roles (required)
- At least 2 years of high-volume healthcare recruiting (40-60 hires/month) (required)
- Proven customer service skills and ability to partner with business leaders (required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet/technology-based recruiting tools (required)
- Comfortable presenting information to groups of managers, clients, and stakeholders (required)
- Dialysis recruiting experience (highly preferred)
- Strong Phenom ATS experience (highly preferred)
- Must be able to participate in video interviews with camera on (Teams)
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge & Skills
- End-to-end recruitment & high-volume sourcing strategies
- Candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Relationship management and stakeholder partnership
- Experience with online job boards, social media, email campaigns, and referrals
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in hiring
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build talent pipelines and attend networking events
- Comfortable with ATS platforms (Phenom) and internet-based recruiting solutions
