Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures including routine x-ray exams with accuracy and compassion
• Operate fluoroscopy equipment and provide intraoperative imaging support in the operating room
• Prepare patients for imaging, explain procedures clearly, and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain imaging equipment and follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and surgical teams to deliver timely imaging services
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient and imaging records

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience performing radiographic procedures
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
• Flu vaccine required (no declinations)
• Comfort with fluoroscopy and operating room imaging procedures
• Ability to rotate weekends and participate in on-call schedule

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven skills in radiographic procedures and positioning
• Experience with x-ray and fluoroscopy equipment
• Familiarity with operating room (OR) imaging workflows and sterile technique
• Strong patient communication and compassion
• Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control practices
• Ability to work efficiently in urgent and procedural settings
