Shift Type: Days: To be confirmed, 2:45 PM - 7:15 PM (Day shift)
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
- Document resident care accurately and timely in facility records
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Completion of a state-approved CNA program or equivalent
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
- Previous CNA experience is a plus but enthusiastic new grads are welcome
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of activities of daily living and resident assistance techniques
- Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
- Infection control and hand hygiene best practices
- Accurate documentation and basic charting skills
- Patient safety, fall prevention, and safe transfer techniques
- Teamwork, time management, and effective interpersonal skills
