Shift Type: Night shift, 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM (overnight), schedule as assigned (includes 30-minute meal break)

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across your assigned unit
• Assess patient condition regularly and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document all interventions
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to support best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and uphold facility policies and quality standards
• Contribute to a positive workplace by mentoring peers and sharing best practices

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure (state requirements apply)
• Valid BLS certification required; ACLS or other certifications a plus depending on unit
• Clinical experience as an RN preferred; new grads may be considered depending on unit needs
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and patient-management skills
• Ability to work independently on overnight shifts and collaborate during handoffs

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of medication administration and IV therapy
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills
• Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical environment
• Teamwork mindset and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs
