Shift Type: As scheduled (days vary), 2:30 PM - 10:45 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Measure and document vital signs and patient observations accurately and timely
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote safety and comfort
Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team and participate in care planning
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures
Support residents’ emotional needs and provide respectful, person-centered care
Document care thoroughly in charts or electronic systems to ensure continuity

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — this role is for CNAs
Comfortable working the 2:30 PM - 10:45 PM shift and delivering hands-on resident care
Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
Ability to perform physical aspects of the role including lifting, turning, and assisting residents safely

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and ADL support
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
Patient safety, infection control, and proper use of PPE
Clear communication with residents, families, and the care team
Accurate documentation and time management during busy shifts
