Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, Day shift (exact start/end times vary); may cover Friday infusions as scheduled. 36-hour guarantee

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy safely and accurately, following established protocols
- Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after infusion therapies to ensure optimal outcomes
- Recognize and respond promptly to infusion reactions and other clinical changes
- Document patient care clearly and thoroughly in the electronic health record (EPIC preferred)
- Provide compassionate patient and family education about treatment plans, side-effect management, and follow-up
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient experience
- Maintain adherence to oncology standards, infection control, and medication safety practices
Qualifications
- Oncology RN experience (clinic/hospital infusion) — at least 1 year of oncology experience preferred
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification — required
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) — preferred
- EPIC experience — preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) credentials and ability to practice per state requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Infusion nursing and safe chemotherapy/biotherapy administration
- Patient assessment and triage in an oncology setting
- Management of infusion reactions and emergency response
- Strong clinical documentation and charting (EPIC experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, patient education, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with oncology care standards and safety protocols
