Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate critical care to adult ICU patients, prioritizing safety and evidence-based practice
• Monitor and interpret complex hemodynamic data and adjust interventions in collaboration with the care team
• Manage ventilators and advanced life support equipment, responding rapidly to changes in patient status
• Lead bedside assessments, develop nursing plans, and document care clearly and accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate high-quality care
• Mentor and support colleagues during night shifts, contributing to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (License/Certificate Verification required)
• ICU clinical experience and comfort with critically ill adult patients
• BLS and ACLS required; TNCC and NIHSS also listed among required certifications
• Current fit test and required immunizations/titers per facility checklist (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, 2-step PPD or IGRA)
• Successful completion of Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklist prior to start
• Ability to pass Trinity 10-panel drug screen and provide a physical/health statement

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical care assessment skills and sound clinical judgment
• Competence with ventilator management and advanced cardiac/hemodynamic monitoring
• Proficient documentation and electronic health record workflow
• Effective communication and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Calm, decisive action in high-acuity or emergent situations
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
