Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert, compassionate critical care to adult ICU patients, prioritizing safety and evidence-based practice
- Monitor and interpret complex hemodynamic data and adjust interventions in collaboration with the care team
- Manage ventilators and advanced life support equipment, responding rapidly to changes in patient status
- Lead bedside assessments, develop nursing plans, and document care clearly and accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate high-quality care
- Mentor and support colleagues during night shifts, contributing to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (License/Certificate Verification required)
- ICU clinical experience and comfort with critically ill adult patients
- BLS and ACLS required; TNCC and NIHSS also listed among required certifications
- Current fit test and required immunizations/titers per facility checklist (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, 2-step PPD or IGRA)
- Successful completion of Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklist prior to start
- Ability to pass Trinity 10-panel drug screen and provide a physical/health statement
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical care assessment skills and sound clinical judgment
- Competence with ventilator management and advanced cardiac/hemodynamic monitoring
- Proficient documentation and electronic health record workflow
- Effective communication and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Calm, decisive action in high-acuity or emergent situations
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
