Location: Lexington, North Carolina
Shift Type: Days as scheduled, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift, non-overnight)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
- Support mobility and safe transfers while following proper body mechanics
- Document resident care clearly and promptly to keep the care team informed
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families through attentive communication
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable with direct patient care and hands-on resident support
- Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-centered attitude
- Ability to follow care plans, facility policies and safety protocols
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Active CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of patient care and infection control best practices
- Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
- Safe lifting and transfer techniques
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
- Basic charting and documentation skills
