Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs using evidence-based tools
- Develop individualized treatment plans that drive measurable progress and meaningful outcomes
- Deliver high-quality therapy services across settings, adapting approaches to each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to coordinate care and support discharge planning
- Document assessments, plans, and progress clearly and timely in the patient record
- Provide training and education to staff and families to support carryover and functional gains
- Monitor and report clinical outcomes, adjusting care plans to maximize patient success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent graduate training)
- State SLP license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain) required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical experience across pediatric and/or adult populations a plus
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Familiarity with AAC strategies and assistive communication tools
- Comfortable with interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
- Proficient in clinical documentation and working with electronic health records
- Ability to coach families and staff to support carryover of therapy strategies
- Good time management, caseload prioritization, and outcome tracking
