Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care for assigned patients and families
• Provide direct patient care while delegating and supervising nursing tasks in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
• Demonstrate clinical competence and apply evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes
• Manage and coordinate patient care activities across the care team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery
• Establish professional relationships and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Contribute to the development of clinical expertise within your specialty

Qualifications

• Active RN license (license/certificate verification required)
• BLS certification required
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competence and safe nursing practice
• Willingness to complete required health screenings and immunizations (COVID-19, TB, MMR, Hep B, Influenza, Tdap, Varicella, drug screen, fit test)
• Comfort with delegation, supervision, and care planning responsibilities
• Commitment to quality improvement and professional standards
