Shift Type: Days vary, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, evening shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility with dignity and respect
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Support safe transfers and proper use of mobility aids and lifts
- Maintain accurate resident documentation and communicate clearly with care teams
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
- Current basic life support (BLS) preferred or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass facility background checks and required health screenings
- Compassionate patient-centered attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of activities of daily living (ADL) support
- Basic infection control and safe hygiene practices
- Effective verbal communication and documentation skills
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
