Shift Type: Nights; 36-hour guarantee. Specific start/end times not provided by client. Will move to a float position mid-February.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care for inpatient rehabilitation and Med-Surg patients, including cardiovascular, internal medicine and psychiatric comorbidities
- Assume Charge RN duties as needed — lead the team, coordinate patient flow, and ensure safe staffing
- Float between units when assigned, adapting quickly to different patient populations and workflows
- Use EPIC to document care, coordinate multidisciplinary plans, and communicate effectively with the care team
- Deliver trauma, stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and cardiac rehab care with clinical judgment and compassion
- Maintain required medical and occupational health compliance items and upload proofs to Trio within timelines
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire RN license (Compact allowed)
- ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
- 2+ years current Med-Surg experience (required)
- Charge RN experience (required) — must be prepared to assume charge role
- EPIC experience (required)
- Willingness to float (traveler will move to a float position mid-February)
- Own reliable transportation (facility is in an area without Uber/public transit)
- Permanent address must be included in profile; include any requested time-off (RTO) at submission
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong Med-Surg clinical skills and assessment abilities
- Experience with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac rehabilitation and trauma care
- Charge nurse leadership, delegation and patient flow management
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record
- Flexibility and adaptability to float across units
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Attention to documentation, compliance and timely submission of required health items
