Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform individualized care
• Deliver multi-modal therapy including individual, group, and family sessions
• Develop, implement, and reassess treatment plans to meet patient needs
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care
• Assess and manage risk to maintain a structured, safe inpatient milieu
• Document care clearly and concisely in the patient record to ensure continuity
• Model professional behavior and therapeutic boundaries for patients
• Engage in supervisory feedback and pursue clinical and personal growth

Qualifications

• Massachusetts state clinical license required and must be in hand at submission
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric experience required
• Experience working on inpatient psychiatric units with adolescent and adult patients
• Experience treating patients with substance abuse disorders
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• CPI certification required
• LSW strongly preferred
• Be Smart, Be Safe training strongly preferred
• Permanent address required in profile and traveler must have own vehicle
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required
• All licenses and certifications must be uploaded with the traveler profile
