Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Assess resident conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document all care accurately
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care
- Communicate clearly with residents and families to support understanding and comfort
- Maintain compliance with infection control, immunization, and facility policies
- Participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license — ready to practice in North Carolina (or compact privileges where applicable)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Required immunizations and health documentation: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19 vaccine, Influenza vaccine, physical/health statement
- Successful completion of Trinity 10 Panel drug screen as part of onboarding
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

- Skilled nursing and long-term care best practices
- Resident assessment and care planning in SNF/LTC settings
- Safe medication administration and accurate clinical documentation
- Infection control and immunization compliance
- Team collaboration and effective communication with residents and families
