Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department to ensure excellent patient care
- Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP, and assistants) to build a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations to protect patients and the facility
- Manage productivity, scheduling, and staffing efficiency to optimize care delivery
- Collaborate with facility leadership to drive quality patient outcomes and continuous improvement
- Monitor documentation, billing accuracy, and clinical performance metrics to maintain operational integrity
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives to grow and sustain your team
Qualifications
- Licensed PT, OT, or SLP (required)
- Previous DOR or rehab leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of SNF/rehab operations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
