Shift Type: PRN (every other week), nights as scheduled, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night)
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, maintaining dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
- Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and follow care plans
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and PRN every-other-week schedule
- Clean background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and resident care principles
- Skill in safe patient handling and infection control practices
- Ability to observe, record, and report resident conditions accurately
- Familiarity with documentation practices in long-term care settings
- Teamwork mindset and ability to follow nursing directions
