Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM Day
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living
- Support nursing staff with transfers, positioning and mobility assistance
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the care team
- Help maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment for residents
- Document care and observations clearly and in a timely manner
- Assist with meals, personal hygiene and recreational activities to enhance quality of life
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
- State-required background checks and immunizations as applicable
- Willingness and ability to work the posted day shift hours
Education
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of a CNA program preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient-centered care and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and clear verbal or written instructions
- Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
- Reliable time management and teamwork skills
- Compassion, patience and clear communication with residents and families
