Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with dignity and respect
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Support meal assistance and feeding when needed, ensuring comfort and safety
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
• Document care activities accurately and timely in the facility records
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Ability to work the 2:45 PM - 10:30 PM shift as scheduled
• Comfortable providing hands-on resident care and working as part of a team
• Clear background check and required facility onboarding (as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and team members
• Basic clinical skills for assisting with ADLs and observing vital signs
• Dependable time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
• Compassionate bedside manner and respectful resident advocacy
• Understanding of infection control and safe patient handling principles
