Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift); 30-minute meal break
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to geriatric residents, supporting dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff
- Support mealtime and nutrition needs, ensuring safety and comfort during feeding
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and observations
- Collaborate with the care team to create a warm, safe, and respectful environment
Qualifications
- Valid GNA certification (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or must obtain per facility policy
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Comfortable working nights and providing hands-on resident care
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved GNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care principles and common age-related conditions
- Safe patient handling and mobility assistance techniques
- Basic infection control and safety practices
- Ability to follow care plans and accurately document observations
- Compassionate interpersonal skills and patience with older adults
- Time management for efficient care during assigned shifts
