Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Assist nursing staff with resident mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team promptly
- Document care and observations accurately and timely
- Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and the care team to promote wellbeing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Current state-required health screenings and immunizations as applicable
- Comfortable working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- CPR/BLS certification a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED and completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control practices
- Ability to perform safe resident transfers and mobility assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with routine documentation and following care plans
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care setting
